DIY Egyptian Inspired Shoes

This was for my Clothing Evolution project. 

We were asked to make an Egyptian inspired object. Then I thought maybe I can work with shoes. 

And here's how it turned out:

I cram. I procrastinate. I rushed.

Geez I managed to finish that shoes in just one night. I really am an expert when it comes to cramming.

The shoes was basically just a plain white old gladiator sandals of mine. I used gold spray paint for dyeing it. It's my first time doing that, but I never thought that it would work so well! The finish/texture looks similar with jelly shoes. Then, I added beads, tassel, button, gold sequence and taa-daaaan! finished. it's very easy. =)

Valentines shopping haul

Happy Valentines day everyone! 

What I did on Valentines? went shopping at Rustans, Makati. lol 

And here's what I bought:

Nars Albatross, Nars New Order

They are just so gorg!! I've got no words to say but just GORGEOUS! Will do a review for this soon. These two lovelies made my day <3

and I bought a slimming pills. Yes, I am that desperate to lose weight! Hahaha. I heard so much good feedbacks with this slimming pills called, Pretty Model Slimming Capsule. No palpitations, no dehydration, your sleepping habit will remain normal, lose 16pounds in just 10days. Amazing isn't? So I opted to try it myself! =) Hoping those are true. *cross fingers*

 Super cute make-up brushes bought at Forever21. I actually bought them 2 weeks ago. I just realized that I haven't blog about it. Ohwell so what do you say?? It's so perfect for pink sucker like me! The brushes were really soft. But it doesn't pick much pigment like natural fiber brushes does. But, I don't care as long as it's pretty.

Anyway, will tell you guys how I spend my valentines.

I spend my valentines with my SoFA friends. Shopping plus ate dinner at Greenbelt. Unfortunately, I don't have the pictures with me.. It was really fun indeed. Plus, a little bit of adventure. Hahaha! 

I left my bag with my loptop inside on package counter at Landmark. We didn't noticed the time when we were having dinner because we're really having fun chitchatting. and landmark was closing! Gosh. I did everything just to retrieve my bag! Luckily, I manage to get my loptop back! phew. I was really worried that my stuffs might get lost. loool What a long day for me. But nevertheless, I had fun! 

YES I'M SINGLE! NO DATE ON VALENTINES!

Shopping Haul ♥

 I was so bored today. So, I went shopping alone. I love shopping therapy.

Here's the items I bought today :)

 Stuffs from Etude House. 

 Dual Fibre brush and Multi purpose eye shadow brush from Etude House

 This one is cute!! I had no choice but to buy it. Are you guys familiar with beauty blender? Yea, it's like a dupe but this one has different shape. I can't wait to try it! :)

Pink flamingo brow shaper. It's so cute and cool at the same time. I'm so loving this thing!

 The sales lady told me that this stippling brush is very comparable with Mac's with a much cheaper price. I really love using stippling brush for applying liquid foundation. It gives a airbrushed finish. But I still cannot find a good one. I want to try out Mac's but then I realized that It won't be practical for me to invest for a expensive single brush. My stippling brushes is ok (charm pro, doll face) But they bleed! I hate washing them because it bleeds a lot. So I am really hoping that this one won't disappoint me. We'll see. 

Kudos to SM Southmall for the paper packaging. No more plastics!  But, I heard that not all Sm branches use the same packaging. Some of the branches still uses plastics. I hope that they will implement the paper packaging in all of their branches.

Whitening products! Hahaha I want my skin to become whiter. I'm so tan now. I'm missing my semi fair complexion.

Mythical Metaphor

Hello dolls! :-) I'll be making a big announcement today!

Finally created my online shop! Hooooraaaay ♥

I love the name of my shop! What do you think about the logo? Is it okay or should I change it? Suggestions are welcome >:D<

I was about to name the shop as "Paradise". Basically, just adopting the name of my blog. I cannot think of other names. Hahaha I'm so sabaw. But, I'm not satisfied with it. It's kinda plain. I want the name to be "the bomb" and wanted it to give some Oomphh! I'm no good at brand names. So, I seek for help. Lucky me! my friend, Innah (click the link! visit her blog) was there to save my life! She suggested so many good brand names but there's only one that catches my ears and nerves, and that's none other than, Mythical Metaphor ♥ 

Unique, Intriguing, Conceptual, Mysterious, Surreal , Magical. 

Those words reflects what the brand is all about. Also, Trend Rebel is the key word. I refuse to go with the flow of the fashion cycle and dare to stand out of the crowd. Dig that? Then, Mythical Metaphor is Your Pixiecal Paradiso.

I mentioned on my post here that the clothes I'll be selling are my pre-loved stuffs, never used clothes, and a few pieces of my personal design. 

Honestly, the main reason why I'm gonna put them on sale is because I want to gain space on my closet. Hahaha! My closet is really bursting out because I have so many stuffs. So there, I didn't design majority of the clothes. I just include 3-5 pieces of my design. Hehehe

I'll do better on the next collection, I promise :-) I'll personally design all the clothes that will be included. ♥
